We are seeking a Data Analyst for a 6-month secondment. 

About the Role: 

We are seeking an internal candidate for a 6-month secondment as a Data Analyst. This role is crucial in identifying and bridging data gaps in our product information and strengthening data verification processes, to aid more robust internal systems and to support our Sustainability strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Integrity Audits: Perform comprehensive audits of product sustainability data to identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
  • Data Improvement Initiatives: Lead initiatives to close data gaps, enhance data collection methods, and improve overall data quality.
  • Supplier Data Alignment: Work with category teams to ensure supplier data aligns with Woodie's sustainability criteria and data standards.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to category teams to maintain data accuracy.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline data processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborative Projects: Engage in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing product attributes and reporting.

 
 

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in or working towards qualification in data analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in data management systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with basic environmental and sustainability requirements is highly advantageous but not required.
